Our Visitor Centre and shop is now open five days a week and we’re delighted to be seeing so many friendly (and familiar) faces again. The rest of the Distillery, including The Old Kiln Café and Seaview Cottage, remain closed for the time being but will reopen as soon as it’s possible.

Restrictions have been brought in by the Scottish Government which mean that from Saturday 10th October until Sunday 1st November we are unable to offer tastings. However, we’re determined to still give you the best Ardbeg experience we can and so, in place of tastings, we’re temporarily offering a tutored nosing along with “to go” drams to allow you to enjoy those delicious whiskies in your own time. The fastest way to take yourself to Islay is to uncork a bottle of Ardbeg. However, you can’t beat actually being at the Distillery, staying at Seaview Cottage and standing on Ardbeg’s pier, enveloped in fresh sea breeze and Ardbeg’s peaty aroma.
