For a quarter of a century, the Ardbeg Committee has debated, discussed and disagreed — until a select group were summoned to a hidden corner of the Distillery, and our whisky creation team turned those top secret deliberations into whisky.
PX sherry casks and roasted malt spirit matured in bourbon casks unite salted crispy seaweed, sweet cinnamon, dark chocolate raisins and burning embers in one gloriously complex, smoky dram. Slàinte mhath — Eureka!
