Emma Ríos is a Spanish comic artist, writer and editor with an international presence in the comics industry. She has worked for some of the largest American comics publishers, including Marvel, Image, and Boom! Studios. Her artwork has appeared in such titles as Pretty Deadly, I.D. and Mirror.

Genie’s Toffee
Silky smooth and viscous, this cocktail is a dream come true. Inspired by “Take it with a Grain of Sand” and infused with the legendary power of Ardbeg Ten Years Old, the flavour whirls through you like sand whipped by a cold wind.
Ingredients
60 ml Ardbeg 10
15 ml amaretto
1 dash Scrappy’s Chocolate bitters
1 Dash Scrappy’s lime bitters
1 pinch Black Sea salt
Garnish
Express orange peel over the top of the cocktail and serve with a piece of toffee.
Serve
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass thoroughly for proper dilution. Fine strain over a large ice cube. Rocks glass.
