Where can you send whisky?
We can currently only send whisky to addresses in the UK. This includes the Isle of Man, but doesn't include Jersey, Guernsey or the other Channel Islands. Happily, we can send all other Ardbeg goodies in our shop worldwide.
Why can’t you ship whisky to me if I’m not in the UK?
Unfortunately this is due to legal reasons. However, many outlets throughout the world stock Ardbeg and of course our whisky is available at Ardbeg Embassies worldwide.

UK – £ 8.50
Europe – £14.50
Rest of the World – £25
What payment options do I have?
You can use a Mastercard or Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card.
When can I expect delivery?
Orders will normally be delivered within 28 days, however your goods are likely to reach you sooner than this, although we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If goods fail to arrive after 28 days from the date you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look into it.
How can I track my order?
We’ll drop you an email with your order confirmation and a link to view your tracking number and your order will be winging its way to you.
How do I return something to you?
Please drop us an email to email@example.com and let us know what item you’ll be returning – please include the order number and your name and address. Once you’ve returned the item, we’ll refund the credit/debit card used to make the purchase including postage charges incurred.
You can also cancel an order by informing us up to 7 days after receiving the order. Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in original condition together with the original invoice within 7 days of the date cancelled. We’ll make a refund within 30 days of you notifying us of the return.
What if something’s damaged?
If you believe that there is a product quality issue, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number, name and address. We must be notified of damaged goods within 2 days of delivery.
